A: The division of CNC machining operations can usually be carried out as follows:
(1) The tool concentration sorting method, which can divides the processes aside, one process can be completed on the part with the same tool. Use the second knife and the third handle to complete other parts that can be completed, namely, the process to be completed by the second knife is the second process, and the third knife finished is the last process. This reduces the number of tool changes, reduces dead time, and reduces unnecessary positioning errors.
(2) The machining part classification method, which is practical for a part with a large processing content, the machining part can be divided into several parts according to structural features such as internal shape, shape, curved surface or plane. Therefore, it is usually necessary to separate roughing and accurate making .
In summary, the division process must be based on the structure and machining of the part, the function of the machine tool, the amount of CNC machining of the part, the number of units and the production organization. It is also recommended to adopt the principle of process concentration or the principle of process dispersion, which should be determined according to the actual situation, but it must be reasonable.
