The Delivery of Machining and Milling Stainless steel 316 Bolts for International Wind Power Client

Early in the morning on 16^th December, we made another delivery of the precise metal bolts for the company from Denmark,which has the Chinese office in China. There is 14 different sizes of the series. It will pass 5 times 100% inspections,from the hole passing,screw go-on and screw not-go-on,to the appearance checking. The process of this machining production is not easy,which start from the semi-finished part cold forming, first machining,second machining,to milling.We undertake the quality controlling according to the IATF 16949:2016 management system. For cooperation within China,we usually have our own truck to send the goods,and for overseas shipping,we have the professional forwarder to arrange sea shipping or air shipping,etc.
