This product is the Yitong® CNC Turning Process part . Firstly, we purchase the raw material(it’s stainless steel pipe for this part) with most proper size,so as to save material cost,thus save cost for our clients, and then proceed the cnc turning process. The most frequent material we purchase for CNC machining is stainless steel among the metal material, and we all know stainless steel is not the easy-to-be-machined metal material, but we have accumulated full experience and perform the machining very well. CNC turning process is realized by using CNC machines to produce the cnc turning process precise parts with different cutting processes finished at one time.

Regarding to CNC turning process, the operator will load the material to start the machine after the CNC program is set up. When the semi-finished material or raw material is being rotated, the tool cuts the material in the parallel direction to the rotation axis, and processes different sizes to form various geometric shapes of the CNC turning process part.
